Hayley Gell Photography is a professional Sheffield-based photographer specialising in wedding and portrait photography. Kelham Island, the uber cool, trendy joints around Sheffield and across the Peak District are the places you’ll find her doing her thing. However, if you’re getting wed further afield or planning a destination do, Hayley loves the adventure, and with her candid, relaxed and creative approach, Hayley will tell your story in all its awesomeness.

Working with and being photographed by Hayley is always a fun, relaxed atmosphere with stunning photographs to look back on.

The project was to take Hayley’s existing logo design and spin it into a brand that is totally Hayley and totally Sheffield. A creative city that is unlike any other, where indie and alternative go hand in hand with elegance and class. Full of quirky venues, from heritage museum buildings to epic warehouse spaces and couples who love to do things differently with style.

The brief was to work on a personal brand that set’s Hayley apart and matches up with her professional and unique approach without being too alternative, rather a hella cool down to earth, and fun vibe.

Pen at the ready, a range of doodles were created, inspired by Hayley’s tattoo’s with a pretty pastel colour palette, retro typography and of course the black logo – Hayley’s signature colour.
