WPM is a commercial estate agents based in the heart of Wetherby — serving the surrounding villages, towns and cities. Their property portfolio includes offices, shops and light industrial units. The experienced team takes care of all aspects of commercial property including letting, sales and property management.

Working with the WPM team, the task at hand was to give their existing logo and brand a modern makeover whilst still appealing to their existing long established customer base. A minimalist font with a monogram style logo was introduced to appeal to Wetherby’s wider area and surrounding towns and cities. In keeping with their traditional values and bringing a modern edge, the new logo is minimalist in style with a professional feel.

Their new brand style was applied to their business stationery, property brochures, social media and sales boards.
